Overview
Each year, UCF Housing recruits Conference Assistants to support summer operations and visiting groups/camps coming to campus.
I developed a visual recruitment campaign designed with longevity in mind, creating a flexible, approachable identity that could be reused across recruitment cycles while clearly communicating important information.

Design System
I established a bold visual direction using oversized typography, UCF's black-and-gold palette and photography of student staff. The large “Now Hiring” headline was designed to capture attention quickly, while the student photography makes the campaign feel approachable and helps prospective applicants visualize themselves in the position.
The angled background became a recurring graphic element that allowed the campaign to remain recognizable across different formats.
Digital Student Union Sign
The campaign needed to communicate quickly in a high-traffic environment. I prioritized the recruitment message and application deadline so students could understand the purpose of the sign at a glance.
A prominent QR code links directly to the application, creating an easy path from awareness to action.

Recruitment Flyer
Social Media Graphics
Rather than repeating the same recruitment graphic throughout the campaign, I created a series of social messages that will guide students through the application period.
The content progresses from awareness (“Now Hiring”) to education (“What is a Conference Assistant?”), engagement (information sessions) and finally urgency (“Last Day to Apply”).
This allowed each graphic to focus on one clear message while maintaining the same visual identity.
